Varshini Subhash filed complaint against Professional Couriers on Jul 21, 2021
I packed my induction stove with the official packaging provided by Prestige and sent it from Bangalore to Pune via Professional Couriers on *th July. I received a completely crushed, damaged and unusable stove top on **th July and the customer service is completely unresponsive. They blamed my packaging instead even though I used Prestige packing with thermocol. I added multiple stickers which mentioned 'Handle with care', 'Glass inside', etc. but they are not taking any responsibility. This is a big financial loss for me and I request an immediate refund. The phone number of the company is: ***-********. I have written to them on multiple forums and am receiving no response either. The customer care complaint form on their website does not submit despite me trying several times.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
