Order # PXK***** was supposed to be delivered, all of a sudden there were two tracking number one from FEDEX and other from USPS - both said delivered, upon checking the tracking, but both companies failed too for prove the deliveries or produce any artifact that can support the proof of delivery. Order is worth Rs. **** and this is supposed to be the gift on my birthday to me.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
