In the march **** I placed the order from shein. On the **th march I was not at the place where the parcel was delivered(Lovely Professional University Punjab because of the lockdown I couldn't go back. But delivery person delivered the parcel and told me to collect when I come back to that place. I tried his number after that it didn't work for months.And recently his number worked and he said he has not delivered my parcel but I have proof that the parcel was delivered but I didn't get that. He refused to say anything about my parcel now and told he has left the job from Delhivery. Can you help me to get my parcel.
