I had ordered Asus Rog ** Mobile Phone **th October and the delivery date for the order was on **th November ****.Today is **th Nov **** and i still have not received my shipment.Payment was made using credit card in full. Since * days i am calling Flipkart customer care and raised multiple complaints and they don't even know what has happened as they are unable to track my order. This has been a Mental trauma to deal with them for every sing day since *th Nov and be on calls with them for hours together.The sad part is they don't even know what is happening with their own orders.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
