Recently I order mi band * from amazon during sale -product was prepaid.
On the app it was showing that the Product is dispatch on *rd October.Later, on * october it showed it was on nearby hub.
Firstly it was out for delivery on *th October then it was somehow changed to *th and then finally on *th October when the courier man came he called me and said to pick your order *km far away from my home.
I just talked to the courier guy that as I am pay for it ,i need the product to be delivered at my home , that's it.
When I complained about this to amazon, they said that your order will delevery by * oct.
Suddenly on *th October they call me and say that your product is damaged, so then whats the point in delaying my order they could have simply told me on *th ,then why did they attempted dilevery for * days.
In other words amazon is doing fraud with common man by taking their money and not delivering it for many days while on other hand putting that money of customer for some interest and earning money.
