GANESHAN filed complaint against Fed Ex on Aug 5, 2019
Courier from china which contains a master bill of lading of my sea cargo which was couriered on **/**/**** and reached Chennai via Banglore for clearance on **/**/****. Later they asked me for some KYC documents which all were submitted on **/**/****. So far it has been more than ** days I have not received my courier. I'm unable to take delivery of my consignments. There is no proper response from FedEx team.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
