it's been a long time since we are chasing this consignment AWB No.************
However, it is very disappointing that FEDEX is unable to update us about the same. Even customer care is not bothered to receive our calls. This shipment is stuck from July and now we are almost is November. * months is a long period for a logistics team to deliver the shipment. But unfortunately, FEDEX is unable to do the same.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
