Max Fashion - Package not delivered

I have delivered max solid Capri on *th of June ****. Order no is **********. After * weeks I have approached to max fashion store where the product is to be delivered. They contacted the max fashion customer care people and enquired about the product. They said after * days if the product hasn't been delivered then I can cancel the order. Again after a month I have contacted customer care regarding the product they said product can't be cancelled once process has started. I have started contacting them for about *-* times regarding the same issue but there's no response from their side. Also they are saying the product has been shipped but we are unable to track the order. Its been almost * month but the product hasn't been delivered. I need the product to be delivered or cancel the order or refund the money or replace the order with another one in online or from store.
