I was promised delivery of the product on **th June around **:** am. But it was not delivered and postponed to afternoon and still, the order was not delivered. The delivery guy came late in the evening and called my number when he reached my house and not even before leaving for delivery. He told me that it's okay and he would deliver it tomorrow i.e on **th June around ** am. But no one delivered on **th Jan although the Amazon customer service promised to deliver it by end of the day. On **th Jan, I escalated the issue to the senior Amazon Management and their agent called Karthika promised to make sure that the delivery would be done for sure on **th June by the second half. But the delivery wasn't done on **th June as well. I called them up so many times but they said to wait till * pm and it would be surely delivered. But the order was not delivered and the customer support team told me that you could take legal action if the order is not delivered on **th June. They are just postponing the delivery and not giving a definite answer and I am really frustrated as I have to make my family wait at home for this every day. This is totally unprofessional and unethical. I am using a temporary phone as I have bought this phone under the exchange program and my phone is just sitting idle for the last * days.
