I ordered, "PORTABLEWASH Virgin Nylon Handy Bucket Washing Machine" on *th of this month from Amazon. Expected delivery date confirmed by Amazon was **th of this month. Actually, I planned to gift the item to my friend on a special occasion on the same day. Product wasn't delivered on **th. So on **th, I contacted customer care. They suggested me to cancel the product for a refund. But I insisted on product delivery. So that they promised me that they can deliver the product on or before **th. Even though I am not satisfied with that answer I have no option and agreed. But till today on **th, I didn't receive the product. So, I contacted again the customer care through the chat option. I was shocked when I saw the chat box. Because the previous chat with customer care was not visible. So I preferred to talk with customer care through a phone call. They answered me that they have no update about the product. So they are forcing me to cancel the order for a refund. I asked them for the compensation but they refused. I paid the amount for prime membership for the fast delivery facility from Amazon and paid money for the product before the delivery.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
