- Package not delivered Open
My parcel was supposed to be delivered on 3rd May but it is 6th May today and it has not been delivered till date. Despite my continuous follow-ups with FedEx they continued fooling me with all sorts of lame excuses. On 3rd they gave me a reason for a mistake in address and pretended to correct it but did not deliver. On 4th May they told me that the delivery will be made by 8:00 pm because of which I kept sitting in office till 8: 00 pm at night but they still did not deliver. On 5th May they said they don't deliver because it is Sunday and on 6th they promised me to deliver by 6: 00 pm but when I called them at 7: 00 pm they said they had work overload so they cannot deliver and again postponed it for 7th May. This made me suffer so much as I had to do continuous follow-up and my boss was angry with me saying that I wasted his money. We were not able to manage the garbage which became a threat to the environment as I had ordered a big 240L of garbage bin in this parcel which did not get delivered on time. When I tried to cancel the order on Industry buying from where it was purchased I was not able to cancel the order and the customer care said they will think about refunding me my amount only when they get the parcel back. I don't know whether FedEx will deliver it to me, send it back or keep it with them. This was so annoying and mentally harassing. I request you to please help me. Current status of the shipment is attached as proof.
