- Package not delivered Open
We ordered a parcel from China for our business use through FedEx courier. According to the delivery schedule, the parcel has to be reached on 5th April 2019.
Now our parcel is in Bangalore in transit for clearance. We have submitted all our clearance document but is still they are kept in pending, because of FedEx Bangalore in transit. I have faced a 1.5 lakhs loss in my business. Why these FedEx people are like this. Now, who will compensate for my loss? Kindly help us.
