Swiggy instamart - Package not delivered

I've placed an order on **th Feb'** with Order id:- *************** on Swiggy Instamart at Vistar, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow- ******. When delivery was about to happen in just * minute all of a sudden Order got cancelled. Delivery partner has not even called me once. After cancellation of the order refund of the amount Rs *** has not been initiated, which includes following:-

Order was cancelled by Swiggy Instamart Internal Team, this has been confirmed by Support Team. Just to ensure after ** days I've written mail on stores-support@swiggy.in regarding the same on *th Mar'** but received no reply there. What resolution provided to me from Support Team is that according to their "Cancellation Policy" order cancelled after Out for Delivery (if by the customer) no refund should be initiated as amount of the order is charged as "Cancellation Fees". But here, Order is Cancelled by their Internal Team, it's all their fault because of which I've suffered with mental torcher. Delivery partner should visit the address location mentioned while placing the order. Otherwise what is the use of mentioning Delivery Address. I request them to kindly initiate refund process against my order amount and they should bear the fees of this complaint too.
