I run a small business and that’s my only source of income. I shipped a package that was supposed to reach on a respective date. It’s been * days over the due delivery date and the package’s tracking status is the same. After calling the customer care constantly for * days, I am being given a repetitive reassurance that the action will be taken in ** hours. The customer asked for a refund, the brand is in its initial stage and the identity is in stake already.
No action is being taken by Shiprocket and I’ve already lost all the hope.
