FedEx - Package not delivered

*) Shipment supposed to be delivered to me on *th of December ****. But there was no communication from FEDEX on this package with regards to delivery. *) Since I wasn't able to track or reach out to FEDEX with regard to my shipment, I wrote to FEDEX on **st December **** asking for an update on my package. *) FEDEX replied back that the concern complaint will be looked after and gave me a complaint reference number on **st Dec **** as C-********. *) After this FEDEX never came back to me on the update of my package. For the next * month I continuously followed up with FEDEX through phone and email but no one responded till **rd January. *) On **rd January ****, I was asked to upload KYC documents after a month of followup. I successfully uploaded the KYC documents and FEDEX acknowledged it with an email on the same day. *) After that again FEDEX went cold on calls and emails. Nearly after * months I was told that the shipment was cleared and out for delivery. *) But on **rd February ****, I received a letter from FEDEX (dated *th Feb ) saying that KYC documents were not received by FEDEX in spite of FEDEX emailing me on **rd January that the KYC documents were received. *) When I wrote back to FEDEX asking for this letter , then FEDEX replied back saying that the documents were already received and I was asked to ignore the letter. *) But again, FEDEX didn't deliver the package as promised but rather held me for ransom and I was threatened over email for ransom. If not the package will not be delivered. **) I reached out to FEDEX on the **th day of the shipment reaching India. It was FEDEX who was supposed to reach out to me on this package but it was vice versa where I reached out to FEDEX claiming for the package. **) If the customer had reached out to FEDEX within ** days of the shipment reaching India, why would he have to pay the reactivation charges ( which is normally derived after ** days of shipment) / Fine and Duty advancement charges? **) As an Indian citizen I am bound only to pay the Duties if any. Apart from the duties I am not bound to pay any fines due to the mistakes / lethargic replies done by FEDEX. **) For the last * months, I have undergone severe mental pressure and harassment due to the FEDEX India team's non communicable and casual attitude in dealing with the customer. **) Because of this delay I have lost a huge business worth Rs.**,**,***. I can't allow any more harassment from FEDEX. Kindly revert back on the future course of action . Let me know if the package will be delivered to me by paying only the duties and not the fines / reactivation and advancement charges.
