- Package not delivered Closed
I ordered a product, One plus-* from Amazon.in, Order#***-*******-******* on **th Sept'**. As I am Amazon prime member the product qulaified for one day delivery. Product should have been delivered to me on **th Sept'**, but it was delivered on **th Sept'** and the packaging was wet from outside and box was torned from one end.
I reached out to customer care and they ordered replacement, which they told will be delivered by *rd Oct'**. I was surprised for so much delay for this delivery, reached out to customer care multiple times but to no avail. Every agent gave different replies and finally it was told it will be surely delivered by *rd Oct.
I waited and waited, today on *rd Oct'** I checked the status and it was showing out for delivery but delivery agent detail was not mentioned. I again reached out to customer care, and they said within an hour delivery agent details will be sent to me and they assured me product will be delivered by EoD. At around *PM I checked the status again, and it was showing, agent tried contacting me but I was not available. This seemed very frustrating to me, as I was available whole day and my phone was perfectly in working condition but still they updated that I am not available.
I again reached out to customer care and they said it will be delivered by EoD and I should wait, still I haven't received the product. I have made more than ** calls to customer care in last * week and have received many mails but nothing seem to work. Amazon is just bluffing around. Every time I call, I need to explain the issue from beginning and after hearing everything they will say is "We are sorry for inconvenience" and they give their words as it will be delivered.
It has been totally frustrating experience for me from last ** days. Moreover when you talk to these executives and they understand that issue is from their end, they just hang up the call.
