Delhivery - Package not delivered

Delhivery AWB No. **************
Package booked on **-Apr-** at Ratlam to be send to Bangalore. Package was containing my bike, with household item boxes and few important documents. Booking person shared estimated delivery date **-** Apr, delhivery site was showing **-Apr.
As per Delhivery's tracking info, parcel reached to Bangalore on **-Apr-**.
Now to struggle starts. Delhivery have no on-call customer care. Website won't let you register the grievance unless their expected delivery date is passed(**-apr in this case). They don't log your complaint over email as well. There are no address details or contact details available on website for warehouses.
Booking person was unable to provide any details on current situation of package.
Day - **-Apr-**, as per Delhivery package is officially late
First I started dropping messages using their site, no response for * days. Got a mail after * days my request has been forwarded to relevant team. No communications after that on thread, I am dropping a mail to them everyday since and on their website as well, no response at all.

Searched on Google and found few warehouse address. Went to Hoskote warehouse, there they said it's on Saukya road warehouse. On Saukya road warehouse they said it's at Mahadevpura warehouse. On Mahadevpura warehouse first they tried to redirect me to Saukya road but when his lie didn't pan out they said my stuff is in some vehicle and they will let me know when vehicle is unloaded. I have taken number of relevant person from each warehouse.

I'm calling and sending text(*-* everyday) but no one is picking up the call or replying to my texts. As per tracking details my package is going to and fro between Hoskote and Mahadevpura.
I'm unable to locate my package and I have strong reason to believe they have lost it.
