The delivery person refused to handover the parcel to my mother in my absence this has never happened. The selller is an online thrift store owner who constantly stayed in touch with me regarding the order status. When a case was raised by her she was told that the parcel would be out for delivery again. I have still not recieved a the parcel its over a month. I have proofs of the emails sent by the selller to the support team. My order id is:
