My tiffin along with its bag was packed and send via ship rocket on *rd October, **** from Seven Stars Wedding Gallery vide order no **********.
I received a message on *th October, **** at *:**pm stating that the same has been delivered to me.
But it is not so. I haven't receive any packet till date.
I searched on track no, it also show delivered. But I didn't receive it.
I try to contact with the company. But I didn't. I request the sender to raise query for the same.
They raised the query and I also receive phone from one of your employee on *th October at **:**am. He told me to take steps in this regard. But nothing happened till date.
I want my packet on urgent basis.
