Hi, I have purchased a mobile cover for my poco F* mobile phone from oplore.com. Payment was done online. I received an intimation that my product has been in processing state. When i tried to track my order, the site says that such an order doesn't exist. I tried to phone the customer service but in vain. Till now i have not received my Cover nor refund of money.
