So i ordered a mobile cover over a month ago and i received a wrong case. I thought it might be an error and i filed a return request. After a day or so, i got an email asking for me to share the picture of the cover thag i ordered. This was really weird bug i still shared the image on email. The case was picked up * days later and i recieved another courier following that week. It was the same exact over that i recieved initially. Not even the package was changed. I again raised a request and same thing happened again! Everytime assuring me that it’ll be resolved.
Now when i recieved the same cover third time, i started asking for refund and now I’m not recieving any emails from them.. they aren’t checking on twitter!
I would need a full refund and whatever compensation goes for all the behaviour!
