I have ordered a dress online..they have sent through ecom Express **********
Parcel reached Hyderabad on *nd January.. But till date they did not delivered my parcel...everyday I call customer care and speak with them..everyone say one sentence all time..sorry we will deliver tomorrow but till date that tomorrow did not came..
I have never seen such a watse service provider...don't havr work ethics..don't understand customer emergency...I have booked dress for baby Birthday.. birthday also over..I called n requested them plz delivery it's my baby Birthday dress..but they did not bother at all.... I guess they misplaced the parcel that's why they are not delivering.. every time they send msg..out for delivery but they don't do...what is next..will I get my parcel or amount...help me..
