We asked for the pickup of one package from Delhi on November **, **** (AWB No. *************) through Shiprocket and Delhivery. We’ve been tracking this package on their website and it arrived in Bangalore on December *,, ****. Since then it has just been sitting there. There are no further updates on the tracking. Either Shiprocket or Delhivery also keeps changing the expected delivery date so we can’t even escalate.
If this were just one instance with Shiprocket, it may not have been so bad. However, our very first order with Shiprocket has also been an ongoing disaster (AWB No. ************). The delivery partner never even attempted to deliver the package. Instead, they just initiated a return claiming we had cancelled the delivery. That parcel is also nowhere to be found after ** days and, to add salt to the wound, Shiprocket has charged us for the return.
While the total worth of the packages and the delivery charges may not be much, we have lost the customers. That is an incalculable loss to our business. We aren't even getting our packages back.
We need our packages back without any further nonsense of **-** hours and sorries.
