I had ordered a grey short. The delivery guy asked for otp on call after I asked him whether he could return it, I thought it is required and provided the otp, but instead he marked the product as delivered. I called the customer support and provided the call recording but they did not help me saying that it is OTP validated.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
