I couriered a parcel on *nd of nov.****, From zirakpur, punjab, to Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, By Air DELHIVERY
It was supposed to be reached by *th november, but the parcel has been in nellore since *th nov, and they are not delivering it, they post- NDR reason that consignee is uncontactable, where as consignee has not recieved any call.
Today is **th of november and still parcel has not been delivered.
I have been contacting the company like idiots- and they are not responding me.
I want a compensation of Rs. **,***, as the mental Agony i suffered + the inconvenience and loss of reputation caused to me by undelivered Parcel, + my client is not going to have business with me,
And the cost of products.
Kindly resolve it ASAP.
