Shiprocket has picked my package on **th May ****. Till *th June there was no update on my package. When I raised a complaint the tracking status of my package is updated to In Transit RTO. Till today neither the package is delivered to me nor to the customer. When I talk to customer care they just tell me to wait for next **-** hours. Its been a long time and still I dont have any proper update. My business is facing a loss as I am unable to deliver a product in such a long time.

I am losing good customer because of there irresponsible behavior. Kindly help
