Ibadur rehman filed complaint against Flipkart on Jul 3, 2022
I placed an order for a bean bag with Flipkart on the **th of May ****. The order got placed and it showed the date for delivery as *th June ****.
Then, I get a message showing that the delivery date got delayed to **th June.
Again, on **th June I received another message from Flipkart that my order delivery date has got further delayed to **th June.
Now, on **st June I get another message that the order got delivered by the courier and the status on the Flipkart website showed the order as "delivered" but I didn't get the package.
In spite of being a working professional, I took extra time to check for the package with my security guard and neighbors.
After checking it with my apartment security guard no delivery was attempted on that day(**st June) for the bean bag as the entry register showed.
I also checked it with my neighbors and no one received any package on my behalf.
Thereafter, I called Flipkart customer care service to register the complaint and after * unsuccessful attempts, the complaint got registered with Flipkart which showed the resolve date to be **th June which itself got delayed till **th June.
But even then after repeated efforts to call customer support I still get the same response from customer service executives that the concerned team will contact me in some time.
Till now, no attempt has been made to date on behalf of the concerned team to look into this issue.
Moreover, the status of the issue on Flipkart shows it as "resolved" which is ironic.
