E have purchased Austin Jackets from M/s KASA ENTERPRISES, whose facility center is named Esteem Integrated Logistics Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore.(The invoice copy for the same is attached herewith for your reference and initiation of refund). That is, we have initiated a pickup from Bangalore to Udaipur via Shiprocket on **th Feb. **** via AWB No. ************* of Delhivery (Courier Partner of Shiprocket). The parcel was reached Udaipur on ** Feb. **** at Bhuwana Hub of Delhivery and on **th Feb.**** at Pratapnagar Hub. After this there was no information about the parcel. We went to Pratapnagar Hub, the Manager (Mr. Rohit) at the office tried to search it but he couldn't find it. He told us that the parcel as well as COD amount of so many parcels are taken away by old staff and they are missing. So, finally we found out that the parcel was lost from the Delhivery facility center, we went there *-* times and searched for the parcel. The Person Mr. Rohit, who is handling the facility center clearly told us that Parcel is lost but Security Team initiated RTO (Return to Origin) for the same on **th March ****, i.e. RTO generagted for the thing which is not exists. They showed it deliverd at Origin on **nd March ****. Whereas **nd March **** was holiay in Bangalore and office of Esteem Integrated Logistics was closed. It clearly shows that they have made false RTO and shows delivery to origin to save the claim of damage / missing parcel money.
