FedEx - Package not delivered and even after providing all details the FedEx is not taking any responsibilit

I eagerly getting a consignment from China to start my business. It's the initial stage and during delivery of initial * consignments they was little problems to face, not when the *rd consignment was about to reach they was a delay and i called customer service several times and been told that they will deliver it soon, but i received a hard copy song i haven't submitted any details, when i called the customer service they told it all clear and will be delivered, and guess what no one took responsibility to email or register a further complaint. It's been long and they trekking me they will charge me more on the consignment.
It's so irresponsible they behave when i ask them an email to send about they are taking care of the consignment. But all refused that they will not send me e-mail.
I haven't yet received the consignment. Please help.
