Swiggy - Package not delivered and charged 200 cancellation fee

I had ordered food for my parents and had specifically mentioned the delivery address. To my surprise, I got a call from Swiggy team stating address incorrect and by their own choice, they registered my current location as my delivery location. Since I had mentioned my delivery address specifically as my current location was different. On the call, I mentioned the delivery address to which I was later informed that order cannot be delivered and swiggy team is cancelling the order and I will be charged Rs *** in my next order. I was really surprised by the insensitive behaviour and policy of Swiggy. First of all, they did not deliver my food for which my old parents were waiting. Secondly, I mentioned my delivery address correctly and because of mistake from Swiggy team in registering my current location and not the location, I mentioned they were charging me incorrectly for a mistake that I had not committed. Literally, it is shocking and sheer harassment to customers.
