I have not received my order yet and it is showing that the order has been delivered.
I had no idea this is how prepaid offers are treated at grofers I have never experienced something like this before with any other company.I have not received the order that is not my signature you have taken the payment and you yourself have decided that you have delivered the product obviously your delivery executive will tell you that he has delivered the product I have not received anything *st part of the order worth **** has been delivered but slipper worth *** has not been delivered. You are straight up telling your customer a lier
I have never complained before I'm a loyal customer I'm telling you guys *st part of the order worth ****has been delivered but slipper worth ***has not been delivered why will I lie about *** rs. Either you send me the slipper or refund my money
I have waited * hours how long do you guys want me to wait
You are staright up cheating your customers this is called Fraud. The delivery status states that the order has been delivered your delivery agent is not telling the truth I have not received any order I have security camera and security guards at my home and there is no record of any delivery on **th June. Previous executive took * hours to retrieve the information and then said that its not our fault product has been delivered how long do you want to say the same.
Either you send the slipper or refund the money or else I will literally take this matter to consumer court forum I have evidence in my security footage and guards no grofers deliveey was made on **th June
What the heck is wrong with you what kind of behaviour is this. Worst customer service support you're literally putting false accusations on your customers and committing fraud
I'm taking this matter to consumer court since its this customer support is absolutely worthless
