Grofers - Not accepting return request

I have recently placed below * orders from grofers.
Order *: ord*********- Rs ****
Order *: ord*********- Rs ****

complaint id - ******** ( as given by your customer executive)

In order *, I want to return * item
I) Tide washing powder - Rs ***
II) Sambar onion - Rs ***

In order *, I want to return * item
I) Listerine mouth wash - Rs ***

Issue :

I got the delivery today at *:** am.
I asked delivery guys that I want to return some of the item, for which he directly refused it and asked me that we have to take the order and raise the return request later over the app.

Then I called exactly at *:** AM when their calling lines becomes live and they refused my request saying only doorstep return is possible ( which your delivery guys refused) and they can't return.

Also in grofers app it is clearly mentioned that return is possible, if the request is made within ** hrs, and I placed this request just after receiving the order. Also, In grofers app it is not mentioned anywhere that only doorstep return is possible.
