Muralidhar Chourashiya filed complaint against Professional Couriers on May 15, 2019
The sent packet has arrived in Sangli but the delivery service person in Sangli is not willing to deliver at the address. They want me to collect the packet from his office. I did complain to PAN office too but they mentioned that they will resolve soon but till date, they have not resolved. After talking PAN office they mention that the packet must be delivered to the actual address and should not be collected from courier office. The Professional courier centre in Sangli is not so professional.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
