As ** August I order * product on different time. One of the product got delivered and the other amounted *** rupees was not yet delivered to me. Same complaint was raised for refund as the quality of the product was not soo good. And return got rejected .same I tried to call ur customer service wch was unavailable. Today I cld I spoke with one the lady she said she can't help me with this matter as per the Company policy..
Not delivering the product and refusing for refunding amout can u please tell wch policy is this..?? And product is showing as delivered whn it actually not yet received.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
