I had placed an order and it was marked delivered on **th. As I was in office I couldn't physically pick it and delivery guy informed he has left it near door step but when I returned back home I didn't see the order so I checked with all my neighbours and nobody saw the package. I tired calling delivery guy to check multiple times but he was just disconnected the call. I raised the issue with nykaa asking for POD and they are not sharing the same and also just closing the case without proper resolution. I have lost both my order and money. I need my money back or my products that I paid for.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
