Order ID ********. I have been placed the order on ** Dec **. The item has not been delivered after ** days of payment. They are not refunding my money. Even they are not replyiing of my mail. Live chat support is making me fool by stating that 'our team will contact with you shortly' but no one did not contact with me still.
