I ordered a necklace from homafy of worth ***/-, they said it will be delivered in **-** days. But it's been ** days and still it's not even dispatched. Shiprocket shows they daily try to send the product but failed. Even there customer case service is not responding, and also we can't get a refund because they said it's an coustamized necklace.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
