Dear Team,
I am writing to formally request assistance regarding a return and refund for Order #****** placed on October **, ****, for the “Classic Retro Video Game with **,***+ Games” priced at INR ****.
Reason for Return: Upon receiving the product on October **, ****, I found that the graphics quality was unsatisfactory and, moreover, the remote control did not work. Given your *-day refund and replacement guarantee, I promptly initiated a return request on October **, **** (Ticket #************).
Customer Service Experience: On October **, ****, I contacted customer service to follow up on my return status. However, I was met with unprofessional behavior from your representative, Swati, who outright denied my return request. Despite mentioning the return guarantee, she rudely insisted that I "prove" the product’s fault, even hanging up abruptly when I requested an escalation process or conversation ID.
Request for Resolution: I expect a swift resolution to this matter in line with your *-day return policy, and I urge you to initiate the return and refund process at your earliest convenience. Please confirm the escalation process and contact information for further assistance if required.
