I had ordered ** pieces of tumblers from Homafy.com to resell. Before making the payment I verified about replacement for defective products and they said they will give provided video of the defective product is submitted. On the same day that I received the order that is Friday, **th December ****, I sent proper videos describing the issue with each defective product (total * pieces) and asked them to provide a replacement. First of all I had to follow up *-* times with them and finally the response was that we cannot provide replacement for such minor issues. There are scratches and dents on the product and * of the lids are completely broken but still these people think it’s minor. After trying to complain to customer service and through various channels, they refuse to provide a replacement. I am fed up and need a proper resolution.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
