My parcel was picked up on **th july & was estimated to be delivered by *nd of august, my client ordered it for TEEJ festival which is now tomorrow **th August ****
It was a COD order of rs ****
And
Now on *th they have initiated the RTO
By putting fake remarks of customer refused
I have been requesting for reattempt with attached screenshots with client sayinh neither anyone called nor anyone came
for the delivery…
I informed my relationship manager also
On Thursday on WhatsApp
He said he ll check & revert but he didn’t
Now WHOS AT LOSS
CLIENT CANCELED THE ORDER, ShipRocket has charge me return freight charges as well… and this is not the first time it’s happening…
I have lost almost **-***** rs like this in the past
Clothes from my RTO COD PARCEL WERE STOLEN & packed again with soms other clothes
But nobody helped me at that time also
I am trying to make my new business work
But ShipRocket is leaving no stone unturned to pull me back..
