My name is Priyanka Koley. My glamego id is peu***@gmail.com. My order number is KBHWSORMC. I bought the yearly subscription in the month of February ****

I have not received my October glamego box, even after calling **-** times.

After receiving no logical solution from the glamego customer care team, I have asked them to refund my money in October, November & December & January (i purchased the yearly subscription).

Still, they could not ensure me on that too.

whenever I called in this month, all they could utter that the box will be shipped soon. they even did send me tracking links also, not once but twice. even after knowing that the box was not shipped yet. actually the box probably never got shipped in the first place.

my money is stuck now. I don't have my October glamego box with me also.

Mind you, I m asking for a refund because I have not received my monthly box. its literally *st November, still, the glamego team has no idea where my October box is.
I even asked the glamego customer care team to provide their higher authorities contact details so that I get to know what the fuck is actually going on, but they didn't even do that.
In this last month, not even a single time they contacted me on their own. I was the one contacting them, almost to the point of begging them to send my box or refund my money. It is a hard-earned money. They can't just escape with the money.

Yesterday I even sent them an mail regarding all this but got no reply.

what kind of fraudulent company it is.

I will wait for another week, within this said time either glamego better refund the remaining months' money, or better send my October box and the remaining monthly boxes within time.

I want Justice. I am attaching all the evidence that will help you understand the issue better.
