Pradeep filed complaint against FedEx on Jul 13, 2019
I have purchased a Laptop memory from Amazon ( Order# ***-*******-*******) on last May **, ****. They shipped the packet on May **, ****, through FedEx (FedEx AWB:- ************).
On May **, ****, FedEx contacted me to submit KYC document. I have submitted it through their online website. Also posted it through speed post on May **, ****. After document clearance from May **, ****, to till date, they are showing the packet is in transit (link is given below). I have contacted customer care * times. First time after about ** min of my conversation with the customer care they said the KYC is not completed but I said I have submitted it both through online and speed post. They said they will contact the concerned department to contact you. But nobody contacted me. The second time when I contacted the customer care he said he will ask the concerned people to deliver your packet on an urgent basis. But still, no action is taken.
