I ordered jacket (*rd October ****) in sale period from wildcraft and I got the delivery of the order (*th October ****)but somehow it is not fitted and I asked them to change the size or return the product. But
they were not agreed to return and refund the money because of the product under sale period.
Somehow they convinced to exchange my product size and agree to deliver the same product with new size .For that they given me some process for exchanging my garment..
They told me to go to the nearest wildcraft offline showroom and exchange it with new size if available . In my case I went the showroom (Bhopal ****** in DB mall) and asked the shopkeeper to change the product and provide me the new size also if not available please provide me something else of same price. But the shopkeeper denied because of trust issue with wildcraft and he said to me, please make a conf call with myself , wildcraft and the shopkeeper.
After long time , finally I connected a conf call discussed about matter thoroughly, however offline store not having the required size so wildcraft employee agreed and told me they will provide exchange the size and deliver to me. For that I need to submit delivered one to offline store which I did.
I also got confirmation on the mail regarding exchange.
But till date I neither received my product nor my money back or my old product. I am chasing them long time but not able to connect somehow I sent mail to them and describe the issue but they are not even replying.
I am attaching all my bill and mail as a evidence.
I am anticipating your prompt reply and seeking for your help.
Please help me in this matter and save people of India from online fraud. Also please take strict action against wildcraft if you are authorized
