Shiprocket - Package neither delivered nor returned back to sender

I have created a courier on shiprocket on **th Oct **** from bangalore to hyderabad through delhivery, pickup was done after * days and got shipped to hyderabad to their warehouse, from this stage they have been holding the product in the same warehouse for almost ** days until ** Oct ****. After multiple calls and complaints they have reached out to delhivery and actually told about my complaint, * days after this without any intimation they have updated that shipment is being returned without any reason. * days after initiating a return it has reached bangalore, here they say that shipment is damaged, and some items are missing from shipment. After this point I have been calling multiple times and writing ** ** mails everyday, and everytime I call they give some reason saying they are working on it and would be delivered after ** hours, this is the same reason they give everyday, everyday I ask them to let me talk to senior, none of them are available to talk. All they do is tell you to wait, I even have track of all the tickets that I made them create, nothing has been worked on, they don't even provide a contact details of the courier partner which I selected. As of today it has been * month since they have my package, and now they are asking for ** working days of time to get it delivered, totally frustrating and horrible work from shiprocket in managing this. Shiprockets only job is to be the middle man and provide proper communication and they do a horrible work in doing that. On top of this they say that shiprocket doesn't take responsibility of the package.
