Swiggy instamart - Package missing

I have order * ice cream pack of *** ml and a fortune chakki fresh atta of **kg but i only received the ice cream not the wheat flour packet . And i already paid for both the items through online payment mode as cash on delivery was not available and the delivery person said he only received one item but the swiggy invoice is showing both the items are delivered
