I have booked order on amazon.in on ** November deliver on * December but item is missing from package when i complaint they did not respond and now they are not giving proper solution for the problem and giving only future date for solution and not giving replacement and refund for amazon self fault giving wrong item for which i have paid the money in advance on booking and due to them i cant use the product on Diwali celebration which i want for gift so help me for money and money or physical harassment for one week and giving tension
