I have placed ordered from Amazon.in, for OnePlus 5T (Midnight Black 6GB RAM + 64GB memory) on 28/02/2018. I made online payment in one go, form SBI. The order has been placed successfully. The product estimated delivery date was 03/03/2018 by 8 PM. However, the order was here in Pune on 01/03/2018 (as tracked by Amazon Transportation Services), so I requested Amazon, "if , possible please deliver the product early than estimated date" they said they will try to help. However they did not helped. Since, 01/03/2018 I started taking follow up of the same. On 02/03/2018, they delayed my order by saying, "the customer has asked us to do so", however, I was asking them to help me by delivering the product early. So, I called up them and asked them reason of blaming me for delay in delivery, Amazon executive (Mohammad) said it is their team's fault and they will correct the same. As I was taking followup of the product again after few hours when I checked delivery status of the product, they again mentioned the product delivery is being delayed on customer request, though I have not said anything like that, instead I was requesting them for earlier delivery. So, again I called them, Amazon team said it is fault from Amazon side and will update it. Today evening when I called them, Amazon employee from Leadership Department (Yashavant) said, they will not be able to deliver the package today (03/03/2018). I narrated them my complete problem as this order is a birthday gift and I have to give it to the person today only (03/03/2018), but they are taking its very lightly, the Amazon executives are just neglecting my requests. I am being mentally tortured since 3 days.The moment for which I have bought the product is about to end by today midnight (03/03/2018). They are proposing me new estimated dates as 3 to 7 March. So, now the product is of no use for me, as the occasion for which I had order the phone, would be over by then.
I want them to be penalized for being so careless towards their customers. Further, I want justice for myself as I was mentally tortured by them.
