On**th jan **** me booked *rooms through goibibo in pratham in &resort on thar day evening. Actually we are six families with *small kids too incuding below *years aged babies. We paid **** for *rooms. At ** o clock hotel person called us and telling that there is no rooms as vacant. We contact with customer care, but that people said it they forget to update room booking. There after *hours we keep on trying to contct their executives. Bt when we called their contact no that may reach to another section. And totally its a very very bad experiance on their service. At Night till *. **am we wont get a room to stay. We really stugled with our families expecially with kids. Goibibo people not ready to arrange any rooms in other hotels too. Till now we wont get any concern from they regarding refund. We lost our trust on this app.
