Hi Team,
I have been waiting to receive my parcel as i have sent the keys and package is reached to hyderabad Nizampet office * days back and when i tried calling for my delivery they did mention that they cannot deliver which is strange and again i requested for a pick up at Miyapur branch and they denied first. Later called me and said I will be delivering to Miyapur for a pick up.
I was ready to pick up the parcel, when I tried reaching out to them on the phone they were not responding which continued for * days. They happened to receive the call today when I am checking for my package and unresponsiveness they were saying they tend to receive so many calls and not doing business to receive the calls from everyone and speaking nonsense. This is the professional behavior from professional services courier services. I think it's high time for you to change your organization name or check your employees/partners' professionalism. If he is not able to deliver the package in-person, he could have mentioned the same and shared the address to pick up when he couldn't do it, how is it possible that he can deliver today.
I had a dependency to get some medicines to be sent with a friend who is travelling today, i have planned and sent the keys well in advance. Your team's responsible nature and professionalism screwed it big time. I would recommend my whole network and at my organization to stop using the services going forward.
