I purchased LG Fridge in March **** from Nutan Electronics. I ordered that model and the person form Nutan Electronics send Refrigerator at my home at around **:** PM. Next morning, I saw there is one dent on side of the Refrigertator. I call to Nutan Electronics that my Refrigerator is damaged from side. They share the number of LG Executive sitting in their office. Then I contact him, he also shared me one contact of Mr. Sandeep and asked me to told that your refrigerator is damaged from side.
Then I contact to Mr. Sandeep, he offers me one option only which is to increase the warranty/guarantee of their Refrigerator from one year to two. But, me and my family refuse that option because Refrigerators have the age limit that they cannot be faulty before ** years or before. If LG finds that their Refrigerators don’t have such option then they offered * years warranty/guarantee.
I refused their offer. Now, Mr. Sandeep from LG told me that now there is lockdown, once lockdown is over then he call me or replace my Refrigerator. I was waiting for his call till May ****. In May ****, I call to Engineer of LG who sitting in Nutan Electronics to replace my Refrigerator and he told that he will replace the Refrigerator. After that I’m again waiting for his call.
Then I call Mr. Sandeep in October month then he told me that you are late, you not call for replacement.
Please guide me, If we are the customer and we placed an order for any assets. And, that asset is faulty then we call to service centre and now from here after complaint, this is the duty of the company to satisfy the customer that part is replaced/repaired. But, I never received any response from LG Electronics for my refrigerator.
Is this is my duty to follow on the call. Once the Executive told me that he will contact me once lockdown is over and I’m waiting for his response.
But, now they told me that fault is from my side.
Do not buy any items from Nutan Electronics, they are the thiefs. Nutan Electronics take money for delivery from customers at their shop for deliver the item, but when item is delivered to home then their person/executive’s demand for money and told that “Mubarak ho aapka naya Fridge aya h, kuch chai/paani/naaste k liye de do”.
My father give the ** Rs.
But, next day we saw fridge and it is showing as damaged.
Please take action against LG Electronics and fraud Nutan Electronics who is the bigger fraud person in whole Dilshad Garden.
